'Dear Voter' letter not allowed

WESTLAKE — The 8th District Court of Appeals Friday denied an emergency motion which would have allowed the city to mail to residents a “Dear Voter” letter along with the texts of two proposed charter amendments.

FAIRVIEW PARK — Some Fairview Park residents have joined city officials and formally raised their voices to protest the noise from jets flying over the city from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
