City officials hope
keeping NOMBL

NORTH OLMSTED — It just might take a Christmas miracle to save the independent municipal bus line as the expiration date of its current contract with RTA nears. Law Director Jim Dubelko said RTA is focused on money and how to save it. There's talk of RTA taking over NOMBL in March.

Board of Education president found dead
FAIRVIEW PARK — Friends and co-workers were stunned and grieving after Maureen Cundiff, president of the Fairview Park Board of Education since January, was found dead Monday evening in the Brecksville Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks.

Fundraiser to help 4-year-old liver transplant recipient
ROCKY RIVER — The Rader Project concert, a fundraiser featuring some of Northeast Ohio's premier contemporary Christian talent, will be hosted by Lutheran High School West Dec. 17 to benefit the family of a 4-year-old with a rare liver disease.
