NORTH OLMSTED — The city-owned country club has been losing money. But a special task force has just released a plan with ideas on how to make the facility profitable. One idea — hiring managers who are experts at running a golf course and ballroom.

May ballot to have levy
ROCKY RIVER — When the school district passed the last levy in 2002, it said financing from that measure would last three years. They were right. Superintendent Dennis Allen plans to ask the board to place a $4.9 mill operating levy on the May ballot.
