WESTLAKE The U.S. Postal Service has admitted
it was at fault for the Westlake Board of Education’s levy application
failing to arrive at Board of Election headquarters by the deadline.
But whether the mea culpa will get the 5.7-mill replacement levy
on the May ballot is uncertain.
