Eminent domain ordinances introduced
FAIRVIEW PARK —
At its regular meeting Monday evening, City Council introduced two ordinances through which the city could pursue the land through eminent domain. The city needs the property to build a new recreation center, a key part of the $50 million Gemini Project approved by voters in February.

Halleen project boosts future development
NORTH OLMNSTED — A planned $4 million auto dealership expansion will fit in with the historic area of the city it is located in, officials with Halleen say.
