Dog
wash
WASH GOOD BEHIND THE EARS:
Maggy, a beagle mix, gets a good bathing from Kay Blossom of
Fairview Park and Macie Menichim, Maggy's owner. The Church
of the Advent, an Episcopal Church in Westlake, sponsored a
dog wash Saturday during which volunteers from the church helped
clean dogs in return for donations. The church matched all donations,
which were shared between the Cleveland Animal Protective League
and Pets for the Elderly Foundation. (Right) Madison and Ethan
Rausch of Olmsted Falls, Nikki Ward of Cleveland and Linda "Rover"
Davis of Cleveland promote the dog wash to passersby.
