plans revealed
Target,
home improvement store to anchor new shopping center
FAIRVIEW
PARK Target
and a large home improvement store apparently will be the
two largest anchor stores in the new Westgate Shopping Center,
according to documents recently filed with the Fairview Park
Planning Commission by The Richard E. Jacobs Group.

union clash over Katrina aid
NORTH OLMSTED The administration is not letting
a fireman work in the stricken Gulf Goast region due to fears the
firefighters' union will file grievances over manpower shortages
or overtime work. Union officials say they have given the city assurances
they will cover the firefighter's shifts.
Ordinary
guy’s service stands out
WESTSHORE Although Phil Batten sees himself
as just an ordinary guy, the Cleveland Browns honored him Sunday
with one of their Hats Off to Our Heroes awards, which was presented
to him on the field by Browns Hall-of-Famer Jim Brown.

Playhouse finds new murder mystery
