Westgate plans revealed
Target, home improvement store to anchor new shopping center
FAIRVIEW PARK — Target and a large home improvement store apparently will be the two largest anchor stores in the new Westgate Shopping Center, according to documents recently filed with the Fairview Park Planning Commission by The Richard E. Jacobs Group.

City, union clash over Katrina aid
NORTH OLMSTED — The administration is not letting a fireman work in the stricken Gulf Goast region due to fears the firefighters' union will file grievances over manpower shortages or overtime work. Union officials say they have given the city assurances they will cover the firefighter's shifts.
