Bay’s own is youngest to win national songwriting contest
photoKate Voegele, who is the youngest person to ever win the 2005 USA Songwriting Competition, took top billing in the pop song category with “Only Fooling Myself.” She will perform her song at the USA Songwriting Competition’s South By Southwest showcase in Austin in March.
