Two dozen teaching jobs to be eliminated
FAIRVIEW PARK — Between 22 and 25 teachers will face unemployment as result of $2.6 million in budget cuts approved by the Fairview Park Board of Education Feb. 21. Superintendent Brion Deitsch described the decisions to cut positions as “gut-wrenching.”

WESTLAKE — Two Westlake girls scouts from Parkside Intermediate School helped out fellow students at Cleveland's Watterson-Lake Elementary School by collecting over 400 books for that school's library.
