photoFAIRVIEW PARK — Mayor Eileen Patton is neither confirming nor denying widespread rumors that her administration is contemplating layoffs of city employees. City Council has scheduled three special meetings this week to consider the budget being submitted by the Patton administration.

Bay Police Chief to represent Ohio at UN function
BAY VILLAGE — Chief David Wright will represent the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police at the United Nations at a ceremony honoring the Turkish National Police.
