The organization every year connects special needs youths, volunteer teens and boat captains to sail around North Coast Harbor. Lake Road storefront bought for $150,000

ROCKY RIVER — Economic development director Kory Koran said his recent real estate purchase was made based on information publically available on the city's Web site. The property, which was listed for $175,000, had sold for $400,000 in 2004.
