without training wheels. Her goal was to help her 9-yearold son
Brian, who suffers from encephalitis. But her efforts brought benefits

WESTLAKE The revised plan, which was filed
with the city July 10, will require the approval of the city’s planning
commission and council, said Robert Parry, the city's director of

director, was above board. Koran had purchased a vacant Lake Road
storefront for $150,000.
