Council mulls amending code
WESTLAKE — Westlake City Council introduces an ordinance that would amend sections of the city’s zoning code to allow the Pat O'Brien car dealership to erect an 80-foot flagpole. The board of zoning appeals' Jan. 28 decision to deny O’Brien Chevrolet a variance for the flagpole has given rise to a mini controversy in the city.
