and school administration officials have kicked off an idea for replacing
the grass field now at the North Olmsted High School stadium with
artificial turf. Estimated cost for putting artificial turf at the
stadium was between $700,000 and $900,000.

know they want to keep their ice rink, even though John Dailey, community services director for the city,
said there are no plans to close the rink except during maintenance

Historic
trusses by Cahoon Park in trouble, report says

VILLAGE
A report says the concrete trusses of the historic
abandoned interurban railway tracks over Cahoon Park are crumbling
and in need of repair.
“Apparently we’re either going to put some significant
money into them or they’re going to come down,” Mayor Debbie Sutherland
said.
