City council reacts to quiet zone decision
ROCKY RIVER — Despite City Council's decision to pursue a 24-hour railroad quiet zone instead of the overnight one supported by Pam Bobst, the mayor said she was “happy to honor council’s wishes” and will now back a day-long zone.
