NORTH OLMSTED — To pay for capital improvements at the city's waste water treatment plant, a study has proposed rate increases of 9.5 percent for four consecutive years beginning in 2008.
NASA approves Glenn’s master plan
WESTSHORE — The space agency's Washington headquarters has approved a master plan that promises an estimated $150 million worth of capital improvements to the Glenn Research Center and its Plum Brook Station near Sandusky.
