Action
on West 215th delayed
FAIRVIEW PARK City
approval of Messiah Lutheran Church’s plan to block off about 150
feet of West 215th Street near Lorain Road has been delayed until
late October at least. The city apparently did not officially
notify all neighbors who would be affected by the action. Even so,
several area residents spoke against the plan at a Sept. 19 meeting of the city’s Planning and Design
Commission |

the price of gas went from a quarter to $2.74. Harayda recently sold
the station to GetGo, the gas station arm of Giant Eagle. |
Board
of Elections blocks
advisory vote on Bradley property
WESTLAKE The
city-backed advisory vote on rezoning 42-acres of school district
land on Bradley Road has been taken off the November ballot.
The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections voted 3 to
0 Monday to uphold the Westlake school board’s protest of the ballot
issue.
