Westlake Police are looking for a man they say tried to entice an 11-year-old girl with Hannah Montana tickets at the Westlake Recreation Center Tuesday around 7:25 p.m.

The man, described as a white male in his 50s, reportedly tried to get the girl to enter his van by offering her a ride home and saying he liked her dog.

When the girl walked toward a crowd near the Center Ridge Road driveway of the rec center, the suspect drove off in a dark green van.

The suspect is described as having a chubby face with a double chin, straight black hair down to the middle of the ears, dark eyes, one continuous eyebrow, and a thick graying goatee. He reportedly smelled of alcohol and chewing tobacco.

The dark green van is described as similar to a Chrysler Town and Country minivan and has tinted windows. Three dents were seen in the body near the rear license plate. The first character of the license plate is “P.” The vehicle also had a neon green steering wheel cover with dark blue stripes on it, as well as some sort of roof rack and torn seat upholstery, according to police.

Anyone with information on the suspect or vehicle is asked to call Westlake Police at (440) 871-3311.

The Westlake Recreation Center is located at 28955 Hilliard Blvd.
