shift issue goes to courts
BAY VILLAGE Members of the Bay Citizens for Safety group filed
with the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals last week asking that
a ballot issue requiring a minimum level of six firefighters per shift
be placed on the November ballot. The move comes after City Council
rejected placing the proposal on the ballot in a special July meeting.

caught attending Fairview Park schools
FAIRVIEW PARK A
recent audit by K12 School Consultants found three students who were
attending Fairview Park City Schools although their primary residence
was in another district, school officials said.
