St. Raphael Activity Center dedicated
BAY VILLAGE — The new activity center, which was dedicated Sunday at a ceremony led by Bishop Richard Lennon, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a stage for performances and presentations, and new basketball and volleyball courts.
