WESTLAKE
Animal rights activists called for the police officer officer
who fatally shot a family dog March 7 be fired during a protest at
Westlake City Hall Wednesday. Police said the dog aggressively charged
the officer, who was responding to a home burglary alarm. WATCH

Administration,
firefighters talking again
NORTH OLMSTED City officials have until the end of March to file a municipal budget
with state officials. The city wants to wrap up the budget process by finalizing a contract with
the fire union. Other city unions have entered into agreements in
which they give up about 10 percent each in concessions. |
