Bomb suspect ruled competent
NORTH OLMSTED — A North Olmsted man facing 54 explosives-related charges was ruled competent to stand trial following a hearing Thursday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Matthew Fairfield, 30, of Louis Drive, remains in jail in lieu of a $1 million bond.
