The Pirates (13-6), earned the No. 1 seed in Region 5 of the Ohio High School Athletic Association tournament, and have rolled to three convincing wins on their home field. In a semifinal on May 25, the Pirates knocked off No. 5 Wooster, 7-4, to set up their first regional final since 2018. They faced No. 3 Cuyahoga Falls Walsh Jesuit. Results were unavailable at press time.
